A Surprising Transformation
Well we woke up this morning and had an exciting surprise! Our caterpillar was no longer sleeping, it also wasn't a beautiful butterfly that we were hoping for either. It turns out we had a moth, but a pretty cool looking one. I was definitely more disappointed than Jaxon, I don't think he was actually disappointed at all actually, he was so excited that it was finally awake and had wings. We took it outside and after examining it and taking some pictures it fluttered it's wings and off it flew!

ReplyDeleteThat's still SO COOL!! and I'm glad that you got a cool looking moth ;) It makes the disappointment less. And I agree, witnessing the transformation must have been so fun and incredible! What an experience :)
