Another long weekend means an extra day with Daddy, something we're all enjoying to the fullest!
Even though Jordan has a million things to do, including getting the van running he took most of the weekend to spend time with the kids and me too! He did do some work on the van Saturday and in the evening we had a bbq for his Grandpa's 81st birthday with aunts and uncles and cousins.
Sunday was a wonderful day, starting off with Jordan letting me sleep in. We went to church then relaxed and played outside in the afternoon. Setting up the pool (which I thought I was done with), playing in the sprinkler, making some mega bubbles and the kids did body painting. Jordan also made dinner for us- this was a super special treat and I was so appreciative of it!

Monday was more relaxing, playing, having fun! We went for a bike ride for the first time with the 5 of us... just as it started to pour. We strapped Hudson into his car seat then put it in the bike trailer with Alivia and Jordan pulled the 2 of them, Jaxon and I also rode our bikes. It was super special to go altogether as it is something Jordan and I used to do quite often before the kids came along, even in the rain Jaxon was having so much fun and at one point said 'This is so great!'. Alivia and Hudson stayed dry as the trailer has a bike cover on it. It was a highlight of the weekend.
