May Long Weekend

A busy start to the long weekend we got to celebrate the marriage of our good friends Justin and Claire. Jordan was a groomsman so he was out all Friday night and Saturday day. The wedding was Saturday afternoon and thanks to my wonderful parents for watching our crew I got to join in the festivities. It was so much fun and I really love attending weddings especially of our friends, but it also refreshes my mind and heart and really helps to me to see my own husband in a wonderful almsot new way. I reminisce about my own wedding day and really remember why I love my guy so much!

Sunday was devoted to the kids as Jordan had only seen them for about 30 minutes total since Thursday. We went to the zoo together and rented one of the quadra cycles (Jaxon has asked every time we go and I always told hom we would when daddy comes). It was WAY overpriced at $18 an hour, but it was a fun experience to have together. I had Hudson in the baby carrier for the first half but then Jaxon wanted to sit with me and Jordan so we put Hudson up with Alivia. There's a little bell to ring with a string on it, so Hudson sat there kicking his legs, pulling the string- which would make the bell ring then he would giggle at the sound, he had the people passing by laughing as well as us!

We planned on having our weekly movie night with YUMMY coconut ice cream and popcorn, however our computer we watch the movies on stopped working so we just had treats instead!
Monday was full of playing outside, getting dirty and doing yard work! The kids also helped Daddy work on the pick up...
