C is for Caterpillar

Moving along in the alphabet... C is for Caterpillar
Jaxon practicing a new letter, it's amazing how in just a few weeks his control of the pen has improved and even on the first try his letters aren't as wiggly.

A few weeks ago we found this Caterpillar and a couple days later it built itself a cocoon. We're now patiently waiting for a transformation! When we first found it Jaxon asked when he was going to build his 'racoon', we then told him it was a cocoon!

We also made this caterpillar craft out of pompoms- Jaxon sure loves glue!

We also went through a Carwash! Not something we ever do because we figure it's easy enough to wash our own car but in honour of C week we thought it would be a unique outing!

We also did lots of colouring...

We made Cupcakes! I took the kids to the cake store and picked out special candies, wrappers and toppers to make our own yummy cupcakes! Boy were they fun to make- but they were even better to eat.

Daddy even decorated with us!

Mustache cupcakes

We found ourselves at the zoo again, looking for animals that start with C. Camels, Caimen, Chinchillas.
